This Privacy Policy describes how AdSwapper Inc. ("TopTop Leads," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, sells, and protects personal information.

Who and What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two groups of people:

• Consumers who request a quote through one of our consumer brand websites, including roofremake.com, windowsrenew.com, gutterrenew.com, betterbathquote.com, toptopservices.com, saveonautoplans.com, insurecarfast.com, and greensolarhub.com. Consent language on those forms links to this policy.
• Business visitors who contact us through toptopleads.com about buying leads.

Individual brand websites may publish their own privacy policies with additional detail. Where a brand policy conflicts with this one, the brand policy governs the information collected on that site. This policy governs how TopTop Leads handles the information once it reaches us.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit a quote request on a consumer brand site, we collect the information you enter on the form. Depending on the vertical, this typically includes:

• Identifiers: name, phone number, email address, and street address or ZIP code
• Project or coverage details: the service you are requesting, property details such as ownership status and roof or window condition, project timeline, and for auto insurance, vehicle and current coverage details
• Consent records: the exact disclosure text you were shown, a timestamp, the page URL, and your IP address at the moment of submission

When you contact us through toptopleads.com as a prospective lead buyer, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and the verticals you are interested in.

Information collected automatically

We collect technical data when you visit our sites, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and general usage patterns. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.

Sensitive personal information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by state privacy laws, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data, sexual orientation, or immigration status. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering a right to limit its use. We do not sell sensitive personal information.

How We Use Your Information

• Connect consumers who request quotes with lead buyers who provide the requested service
• Verify submissions, detect fraud and invalid or duplicate entries, and maintain records of consent
• Respond to inquiries and set up and support lead programs for buyers
• Communicate about your account, your request, and our services
• Improve our websites, forms, and service offerings
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies

How We Share and Sell Information

Consumer lead data

When you submit a quote request, we transmit your information to one or more lead buyers in exchange for payment. For home improvement verticals, leads are generally sold to a single buyer. For auto insurance, leads are generally sold to multiple buyers at the same time, typically three to five. Those buyers then contact you directly about your request.

Categories of personal information we sell or share: identifiers, and project or coverage details as described above. Categories of recipients: home improvement contractors, insurance agencies, insurance carriers, and lead aggregators who serve those businesses.

Once a buyer receives your information, that buyer becomes an independent controller of it and its own privacy policy governs what it does with it. Opting out with us stops future sales by us. It does not withdraw information already delivered, and it does not stop contact from a buyer who already received your request. To stop contact from a specific company, contact that company directly.

Business contact data

We do not sell information submitted through toptopleads.com by prospective lead buyers. We use it to respond to the inquiry and to administer the business relationship.

Other disclosures

We may share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, telephony, and fraud prevention vendors. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as a business asset.

Advertising

We use analytics and advertising technologies that may disclose identifiers and device data to advertising partners. Under some state laws this is considered sharing for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent records are retained for at least five years to document compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and related regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the rights below. We extend these rights to residents of every state listed in the table further down, and we will consider requests from residents of other states as well.

• Right to know or access. Confirm whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy of it, along with the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
• Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to data portability. Receive your information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information.
• Right to opt out of targeted advertising. Direct us to stop processing your information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to opt out of profiling. Opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Where applicable, limit our use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
• Right to non-discrimination. Exercise your rights without receiving discriminatory treatment.
• Right to appeal. Appeal a refusal to act on your request. See Appeals.

How to Exercise Your Rights

You can submit a request in any of these ways:

• Mail: AdSwapper Inc., Attn: Privacy Request, Columbia, Missouri.
• Opt out of sale or sharing: follow the instructions in Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

To help us locate your records, please include the phone number and email address you submitted, the approximate date of your request, and the website you submitted it on if you remember it.

Verification

We verify your identity before acting on a request to know, delete, or correct. We do this by matching the information in your request against the information in our records, and we may ask for additional information if the match is not conclusive. We use information you provide for verification only. We do not require you to create an account to submit a request. Opt-out requests do not require verification.

Response times

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period and may extend by up to another 45 days. Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written permission signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm the agent's authority. An agent submitting an opt-out request does not need to provide signed permission, but we may ask the agent to demonstrate that you gave it authority to act.

Cost

Requests are free. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly because it is repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act, and we will explain why.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to our response or by emailing info@toptopleads.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond in writing within 45 days, and up to 60 days where the applicable state law allows, explaining the outcome and the reasons for it. If we deny your appeal, we will provide a method to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You have the right to tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, and to stop processing it for targeted advertising. You do not need an account and we will not ask you to verify your identity to honor this request.

To opt out, email info@toptopleads.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information", and include the phone number and email address you submitted so we can locate your records. We will process the request within 15 business days.

Universal opt-out signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control and other universal opt-out mechanisms recognized by applicable state law. If you enable one in your browser or as an extension, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser and device sending the signal. Because these signals are tied to a browser rather than to a person, they may not apply to information you submitted previously from another device. To apply an opt-out to your records across all devices, please email us as described above.

State Privacy Rights

Residents of the following states have rights under a comprehensive state privacy law. The rights listed above apply, and you can exercise all of them using the methods in How to Exercise Your Rights.

State laws differ in their detail. Not every right listed above exists in every state, and some states apply exceptions we are required to follow. Where a state grants a right that this policy does not describe, we honor the right the law grants. If you are unsure which rights apply to you, contact us and we will tell you.

Additional state provisions

• California. In addition to the rights above, California residents may request the specific pieces of personal information we have collected, and may request the categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose in the preceding 12 months. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about personal data shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We also publish annual request metrics below.
• Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, and other states recognizing universal signals. We honor the Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.
• Nevada. Nevada residents have the right to direct us not to sell certain covered information, under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. Submit a verified request to info@toptopleads.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out".
• Oregon. Oregon residents may request a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal data, in addition to the categories of recipients.
• Minnesota. Minnesota residents may question the result of profiling, be informed of the reason for it, and learn what actions they could take to secure a different outcome. Minnesota residents may also review and understand the personal data used in profiling.
• Maryland. We do not sell sensitive personal data, and we do not process the personal data of a consumer we know to be under 18 for targeted advertising or sale.
• Children and teens. Several states restrict targeted advertising to and sale of the personal data of known minors. We do not knowingly process personal data of anyone under 18. See Children's Privacy.

California Consumer Request Metrics

We believe California consumers should be able to see how we handle the privacy rights they exercise. The following table reports, for calendar year 2025, the number of consumer rights requests we received in each category, how many we fulfilled or denied, and how quickly we responded.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its implementing regulations (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7102), the metrics below cover consumer requests received between January 1 and December 31, 2025.

Requests may be denied in whole or in part where they cannot be verified, are not made by a California consumer or an authorized agent, fall within a statutory exception, or for other lawful reasons. Response time is measured in median days from the date a request is received to the date of our substantive response. Where we received no requests of a given type during 2025, the count is stated as 0 and no response-time figure is applicable.

These metrics are updated annually, no later than July 1, covering the prior calendar year.

Marketing and Contact Preferences

Separately from your privacy rights, you can control how we contact you:

• Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us with the subject "Unsubscribe".
• Calls and text messages: you may revoke consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling the caller to stop calling, or emailing us with the subject "Revoke Consent". Revoking consent with us does not revoke consent you gave to a lead buyer who already received your request.
• Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

GDPR — European Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing include consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity, and legal compliance. Contact us at info@toptopleads.com for information about international data transfers. Our services are directed to residents of the United States.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Links

Our websites may contain links to external sites, including the websites of lead buyers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
